I received the help that I needed quickly and properly. At first I thought that I was not receiving assistance because it was an automated process with no involvement with another person. As a result of my concern with receiving assistance I wrote a formal letter to the IRS. In fact the IRS review of my return determined that I was entitled to additional funds in my return. I treat my tax payments during the year as a savings account and I pay more that the needed amount.
Spoke to Wayfair and the associate was polite and resolved the issued within 5 minutes. Way to go Wayfair. Excellent service. Highly recommend Wayfair. Their products, prices are exception. Very happy with my purchases. They have a customer for life. Very well done.

Received a telephone number for Ryanair that you cannot find by yourself. Great when needing to talk to a person rather than a bot. Although I could not use it this time due to the covid 19 shutdown, I checked that it is a low call charge which is different to the premium call rates on the official Ryanair website.

This company was very helpful once i lied a little. I needed a new controller for older Comet II with hard wired motor. They wanted to sell new motor as well which is unnecessary for some people... like me. I was a Industrial Electrician for General Motors for 30 years. Rewiring this little simple motor was well within my expertise. I didn't want to argue with Nova about my ability to rewire motor, so I lied a little. But having saiying that I understand they did not want to send controller to someone who could not make it work. I would definitely reccomend this company and would do business with tham again..

When it comes to customer service at GREENDOT THERE IS NONE. Yes you get the option (which is #4) but once you select that option and it says its connecting you it goes right back to the automated response system. The nonexistent customer service/support line leaves ALOT TO BE DESIRED. Although I have never had an issue with anything else and have been using their cards a long time nonexistent customer service and support help will turn me away from a company very quickly. I'm a mail carrier, taking care of my customers is the best part of my job! CUSTOMER SERVICE is my job can you imagine the outcome if I treated my thousand customers that way?! GREENDOT, if you fixed that problem your company would be unstoppable!
Issue
When placing a Barnes & Noble (B&N) book order online, the link to my membership was unsuccessful. When I tried to link my B&N membership to the order form I got this message: "We are unable to match your Member profile with your account." Without this link, I was not eligible for free shipping.
Resolution
I called the support number *******323 and explained the problem to the support representative. When checking my account and membership, the rep noticed that the name on my account was my wife's, but the membership was under my name instead of hers. The rep explained that the two names must match which the rep quickly fixed for me.
When I viewed my order afterwards, the shipping charge was changed from $8.00 to "none".
Why this happened
In the many years we had B&N memberships, we never did "online" purchases we only used the membership at the store. The membership in my name was not an issue at the store even when my wife shopped there; but it makes a difference when shopping online. Lesson learned!

GetHuman is a great help for customers, it is easy for solving customer's request concerns buying, and returning, or replacing products.
The customer service of Philips is incredibly bad. Phone calls are not taken, emails give you an unsatisfactory answer and when you ask them for more specific information, you never hear from them again. Another experience with a customer service of Philips (electronics) was so bad that I had to end the conversation. The woman on the Philips customer service end did not speak the national language very well, but what was much worse, is that she didn't know squat. Even the most basic questions about a high end monitor, she had no idea what I was asking or talking about. It was very bad. The main office of Philips did not even want to hear my feedback about their customer service, ans from my recent experience, nothing has been learned nor changed. Quite amazing for a 'renowed' big company.
I can not get help with my Unemployment claim and this site which claims to help has not helped at all. I am unable to "Get a human" to speak to to say the site is not allowing me to return a signed PDF, and of course the "Get Human" site responds with two options. I will not be trying this again, and I solved this already. Just as automated and useless as the site that won't allow me to ask for help!
Within minutes of submitting my situation I had a reply for Ohio unemployment and was able to complete my application. Thank you very much
My complaint was not about anything too serious. It was one of those principle' Issues. Someone caused me a loss by not doing their job, and then not telling the truth.
After GetHuman assessed the complaint and I received a refund. I guess it made me feel like the little guys aren't always dismissed. Thank You, Get Human!
Answer: I'm not going to take the chance. One bad review is enough to stop me. They charge $75. But in their terms, state service is free.
