This service has been shown to be straightforward, reasonably priced, and dependable, with good communication from the provider when necessary. I highly recommend this service.

I was charged for a transfer months and a half before it was made, on the day of the transfer it is a trip from city to city and I was charged a very high amount on the day of the transfer the driver canceled my transfer I contacted the company several times they wanted me to pay more money for the same transfer when I refused.! A few days have passed they are not willing to give me the money back they are using Corona as a crisis of their company but still working as usual and charging full money before the transfer was made! $ 372 they do not refund me the amount I charged for one fee! There is no one to talk to and for them they have decided that they will return the money to me on return trips with them! Not interested and I finished my trip I want my money!

We used Gettranfer in Majorca. We booked a large minibus for a family of 8. It comfortably accommodated all of us as well as our luggage! The minibus had 15 seats, all in all. The booking and the confirmation process were straightforward and fast as well. Gettransfer is hassle-free and I will certainly use it again.

Excellent customer service. Because my vacation was cancelled, I had to cancel my airport transfers as well. Gettransfer offered me a discount on my subsequent transfers, with I appreciated, but I preferred a refund this time. When I requested it, it was swiftly refunded to my bank account. If only all travel agencies provided the same level of outstanding customer service as gettransfer.

We will undoubtedly use GetTransfer again. We enjoyed using it in Antalya and it was a very memorable experience. We highly recommend GetTransfer.

We used gettransfers from Corfu Airport to Ikos Dassia (and the return journey). They were on time and efficient. The vehicle on the way to the resort was with air conditioned and it was very effective.

I have no issues about the service at all! The drivers are very polite and professional. Taxis and similar services are more expensive than Gettransfer. I constantly use Gettransfer when travelling between cities.

The trip was more than excellent. However, the online booking caused me some inconvenience since I am 70 and not particularly tech-savvy. It took me three attempts to complete the booking since it required my credit card information.

We requested a transfer in Greece from Athens to Lefkada. We registered in the morning and in 2 hours the car came to pick us up. Filling up the form was pretty easy. We received 10+ quotes from various drivers and we chose the cheapest one. I was given the driver's name and contact info and got a call within 30 min from the driver. Everything went smoothly, and the driver arrived on time. I would definitely use this service again!

When Gettransfer used to pick you up from the airport, you inputted your flight number and time and the pick up worked very well and the driver would track your flight. Now this feature has been removed and you just input the time. I arrived in Geneva last week and the flight was 50 mins late and the driver was gone. I had to pay Euro 110 to Gettransfer (who just quote their terms and conditions now) who wouldn't refund my money and I also had to get a taxi home. I have used Gettransfer 125 times, but the removal of the flight arrival feature makes an airport pick-up completely pointless if you are very slightly delayed.

The best service, always on time. I've been using GetTransfers over the past 2 years and have never been disappointed. My go-to service when I need quality transportation.
