Service is ok, safety is really good, but the rates for VIP could be better! I like the service, safe driving makes you feel really comfortable, but the rates are like Maybach. I use only VIP cars for my bussines trips and gettransfer make theire offers competative but still high. Hope to get any discount in future.

Good service!

I've been using gettransfer for a good 2 years now. Going to and from the airport, events and other places I don't want to hassle with finding parking or walking through acres of parking lot after I've arrived.

The most recent updates saw a new carrier geolocation feature. Now I can create a near-term transfer request and track the driver coming to pick me up. This illustrates a company's commitment to provide a good service and stay agile.

Very convenient

So much fake reviews. You will not hide your true face.
Not refunded for customers cancelled due to pandemic. Didnt pay to the drivers.
They dont have any quality control, working with every driver who asks to. So no commercial licenses or insurance. Stay away.

Look elsewhere for transfer services
Do not use. I booked a transfer with them from Lyon Airport to Lyon Downtown (and return). The driver never showed up at the airport (10 PM, and it was snowing), I called customer service, and I was told, as they also couldn't contact the driver, that I was on my own (actually, I had to call them a second time to find out). I asked for a reimbursement for the extra cost I had to pay, they are answering they still have to contact the driver (after 10 days!) to find out what happened. Then they cancelled also the return leg, I was left on my own to find another taxi in a few days. All that cost me 128.28 euros, instead of the 64.60 agreed. I asked what is their policy if the driver doesn't show up, they do not have any, you are left on your own. One of the worst transfer companies I ever used. Customer service useless.
Update: they refuse even to refund the amount I paid to them to book the transfers they didn't honor. You can see it also in their reply here, they apologize, but do not even mention to give my money back! Look elsewhere for transfer services, there are better companies.

Get transfer

We booked them for a trip from Vico Equense to Rome in June 2020. Then the global pandemic hit.
Our entire European vacation was cancelled. Every airline, hotel, train service, attractions place- everyone- refunded our money ( some which were non-refundable while booking). EXCEPT Get transfer.
I made this booking in February of 2020 and I have been emailing them since March of 2020, which is when the shut downs in Europe began, Italy being especially hit hard at the time.
They kept throwing their policy at me and as a consolation, added 10% extra to the credit amount to my account to be used later. Now, while that is generous I have a lot of $$ tied up, which is especially hard at this particular time.
While all other companies are making special exceptions to refund, Get Transfer keeps touting their "policy!"
I have asked to be contacted by a supervisor and their VP, but of course they don't have the time for little people.
DO NOT USE THiS COMPANY.
They don't know the concept of customer service, and all they care about is being g paid. They refuse to refund even though travel to Europe in the near future seems not viable and not possible for us.

The driver didn't answer my calls, the customer service was so slow and barely had any help, I had a flight next day and although explained this to them they didn't do anything for me and I had to wait a whole day and then no result.
I asked for my refund and it's impossible to get one, they keep telling me I accepted the user agreement.
So although I went to extreme stress the whole day and waited for their customer service help and didn't get anything, they just refuse to give me my money back.

Babd bad experience

The driver did not show up for the return to the airport. I was in danger of missing my plane and had to take a taxi. The Gettransfer.com assistance, immediately after canceling the transfer, refunded me part of the transfer saying that this is the policy in point 4.2, in reality the transfer was canceled afterwards. He only credited me for the part I paid for and I had to spend a lot more on the taxi. Of course this money was not returned to me as Gettransfer.com credited it to my account and not to my credit card. Never again will I get a car through this manager who is on the verge of legality. Not recommended for anyone.

Do not use them whatever you do and read the user agreement!
I booked a ride to the airport over two weeks ago and naturally paid straight up as you do. The trip was confirmed and I received the email with receipt.
At first I was not able to contact the carrier and the number used was not working. I then spent the best part of two hours on the line with the get transfer team about it. I finally got in touch with the dispatcher for this so called trip and was assured everything was fine. Today, I sent a reminder to this person and was told the driver dropped the trip and to contact get transfer. Upon speaking to them again for the 100th time I was told that they would find someone else for me. I asked for a refund and they pretty much said they are unable to due to their user agreement and a whole lot of corporate rubbish! I now have to hopefully fight it with my card provider. They never have any issues taking your money but always have issues refunding it. Learn from my experience and don't use them!

I am a travel agent and made the mistake of referring this company to clients. Due to this pandemic my clients how to cancel their trip. The company still has their money yet will not refund it even though they sent me emails stating that they would. They keep telling people that they don't know when the refunds can be made but they're stealing money. If they took money from customers did not use it that money should be in an escrow account to be able to reimburse immediately. There is no excuses for them to keep someone's money that is not theirs. It shows that they're spending people's money long before it should go to actual vendors. They are not paying the people that do the work for them and they are not refunding the customers the money who is keeping and getting all of that money? This company does not care about people and their actions are proving to be a Potentially illegal. I would never use or recommend this company to anyone.

FakeTransfer does not pay carriers, there is no return of money to clients, there is no service. Don 't give them your credit card details! The class action had been commenced. If you worked with them in the United States or Canada, file a complaint with the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure immediately.

Gettransfer.com is an unethical company! They do not honour their contracts and when you legitimately cancel your reservation months in advance they refuse to refund the money, although no service was rendered. They come up with new rules that was not communicated and the interaction with their staff is highly unprofessional. For your own good, avoid them at all cost.

They hide behind the clause below in their terms which is unethical and possibly illegal.
1.3. The Company reserves the right to change or modify this Agreement at any time and in its sole discretion and with no prior notice. A new version of this Agreement shall come into effect when posted on the Site. By continuing to use the Service, the User confirms his acceptance of the revised Agreement. The Company encourages the Users to review the Agreement frequently to ensure that the User understands the terms and conditions that apply when he uses the Service. If the User does not agree to the revised Agreement, the User may not use the Service.

Once your money is committed, you will never get it back. They will always find an excuse to detain him and defraud you. I should have been reimbursed after canceling the transaction by scrupulously following the contractual procedure. Gettransfer is committed by email to my reimbursements being made within a month at the most... After waiting, by relaunching them, I discover that the conditions have changed, the health situation giving alibi to all overruns, and that my payments will not be made as stipulated and that my money is unduly withheld and becomes a credit with them which constitutes a manifest theft since violating the contractual conditions and the written commitments. I put at your disposal all the evidence and writings of this deception.
Run away and watch your money.
