Once again, the minibus we booked to the airport was fantastic and so was the driver. Friendly, drove well, gave us water. I would certainly recommend Gettransfer to others.

On one trip, a passenger shared his love of classical music with me, and we spent the entire trip listening to his favorite compositions. It was a truly special and cultural journey.

We first tried the gettransfer app in Rome 18 months ago and it worked well. Been using it ever since. It's easy to use and the cars arrive on time. Pretty much every driver has been friendly and engaging, without overdoing it. I also like the fact they offer various incentives for regular users.

I used GetTransfer for the first time on my trip to Crete as the hotel transfer prices seemed expensive. I booked transfers from the airport to the hotel and then back and they both worked perfectly. My journey with GetTransfer in Portugal was super smooth. We landed late at Lisbon Portela Airport, but that wasn't a problem. Miguel was waiting and didn't seem in the least bit bothered. He was calm and friendly and put me at ease from the off. We drove along some really picturesque coastline, so it was half transfer half tour. He also told me all about the area, as well as about Portugal's history and culture. It was really interetsing and I almost wish I could have driven further!

My experience with GetTransfer in Spain was absolutely fantastic. We landed at Madrid-Barajas Adolfo Suárez Airport and Ana our driver was waiting with our name on an ipad. He had a really cheerful demeanor which was contagious and really helped to perk us up after the flight. He told us all about the city's culture and traditions as we drove to the hotel, not to mention a couple of nice bars close by - one of which we would never have found by ourselves. We stayed at the Gran Meliá Palacio de los Duques and already felt like VIPs by the time we arrived thanks to Ana's service. Muchas gracias to him and to GetTransfer!

My journey with GetTransfer was spot on. Visiting Istanbul for the first time, there was no way I was going to take on the transport system or risk a local cab. So I booked a car on the app and I'm sooooo pleased I did. My friendly driver (hello Pierre!) greeted me at the airport and whisked me to my hotel with such ease and professionalism I doubt a magic carpet could have been any better. Pierre was warm and friendly and told me so much about the city it was like having my own private tour guide.

By the time we arrived at the Hotel Arts Barcelona, we felt like VIPs! All thought of fatigue were forgotten and we couldn't wait to get out and explore. We took a random tcab from Charleroi to Brussels city center and it cost us €200! The return trip with GetTransfer was only €90. The driver arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and he was friendly, helpful, and professional. So we got a great service for less than half price. I highly recommend them without any hesitation!

This was my first booking with Gettransfer and it went beyond my expectations. The booking process was straightforward and allowed me to select the car and price, then pay straight away. Shortly after, I received a voucher containing all necessary details, including the driver's contact information and a tracking map. The car was on time and it was impeccably clean and the driver was really nice. Overall, it provided excellent value for money and I highly recommend it.

Just used Gettransfer to organize our airport transfers in Vienna and it worked perfectly! The vehicles were clean and equipped with air conditioning. We had the same driver (Lukas) both ways and he was prompt, extremely helpful, friendly, and provided us with local tips and sightseeing recommendations. He even texted my after we landed to confirm his arrival. He took care of our luggage and assisted us with getting on and off the minibus. I absolutely recommend this company to anyone traveling to Vienna.

Collection arranged months in advance to collect at major Spanish Airport. Paid upfront. On arrival noticed they changed drivers name. No pickup and the driver details had changed. Many in the group tried to contact to no avail so left with finding alternative transport. Called their support number who stated they would look into and get back. Did not sound like a professional service, so not surprised they did not attempt to contact me back. Left emails and did get a apology that was probably a default template response. They stated they had organised a refund, which did not transpire. After initial call and email the trail goes cold and they do not respond. I paid in good faith and they changed the driver. I feel annoyed and conned and regret not undertaking more research prior to booking with these. Please do not make same mistake.

Booked three journeys in 15 minutes at good prices and nothing went wrong with any of them. The drivers used whatsapp to stay in touch. All three were on time, friendly, and polite. The cars were all good too.

Our airport transfer was at the dreaded 4am but our driver was on time (although we very nearly weren't thanks to an alarm that didn't go off). The company was great at communicating with us and confirming our booking. It could not have been any better. We will use gettransfer again for sure.

Stellar service from booking my ride to reaching the airport terminal. The driver arrived exactly on time and was smartly dressed and handled my luggage with great care. They made my travel day a lot less stressful.
