I had done a transaction of rent payment on 20/06/2022, totally i paid Rs. 3000/- but the amount deducted from my Paytm postpaid account. After following up with Razor Pay it was returned to the source Paytm account on 05/07/2022. Paytm are replying in direct message on Twitter that they are looking in to my issue but not returning the money.

I was using paytm credit card Machine for my business, unfortunately I had to close down my business and since then Nov2021 i am asking paytm to cancel the services and take the machine back but I still have the machine and getting service charge every month. I have called the customer care number and sent emails several times but nothing is been done. I am fed-up and don't know what to do with this service charge. So guys be careful dealing with paytm as they will not deactivate your services once you take their services..

PayTM deactivated my wallet a few weeks ago citing expiry of eKYC. Now not returning wallet money. Been pulling my hair for last three weeks to no avail- no official email channel(closed); always redirected to the app which is designed to cheat; raised several tickets which are all closed unilaterally and arbitrarily after giving idiotic replies; phone officers are more difficult to connect than God and then they take you on a 'catch me if u can trip' transferring your call to different departments and you having to hold the line for several tens of minutes. It is evident that PayTM is preparing to cheat several million wallet customers of their residual wallet amounts so targeting stealing billions while ''desh ka kanoon'' (law enforcement) sleeps. PayTM is totally untrustworthy, please close your respective accounts in PayTM. Another toxic company with bad intentions in digital space. Hope the perpetrators rot in jail. Take heed... dump this company or else you will lose money, data or both. And peace of mind like me... a retired senior citizen who is incensed at this day light robbery. Even though amount is - some would say- nominal but I fume because of the audacity with which this company is cheating hapless citizens.

Unfortunately I took a loan with the limit of 2000 and now when I am trying to deactivate it they are not allowing even I have made the all due on time and there is not single rupee which I need to pay. But even they are doing fraud and showing they are more smart. But I decided that u will meet them in consumer court. Let's see what I do for this. Bcz I literally very disappointed and harmful for thus issue. Bcz I am not using but even I am paying their convenience fees on every month even on time.

Suddenly my profile name on Paytm app is changed to Nanduri Nallamma some unknown name. How can anybody change my profile name in Paytm app. What about customer security?
I have complained in 24*7 help and support in Paytm app. I have called there many times. My ticket id is *******597

I have given my aadhar card with selfie

Paytm backend and technical team is unable to resolve this issue. I talk to senior person from24*7 help and support she is also not giving any proper reply for this issue. Everyone is just playing passing the parcel game. Why Paytm is unsafe to use? Why your backend technical team or senior person can't handle this issue or help the person. I asked them I want to take refund from some company how can I do without my name as my name is changed by unknown person.
No proper reply from them. Then I asked if this issue was happened to you as a Paytm worker how would u have resolved?

As a customer I am asking how can anybody change my name on Paytm app it is very very unsafe to use. I am really unhappy and feeling deceived.

Due to some personal issue I had send money to one of my friend but still he did not received it, this was very urgent and now due to that he is in problem... very disgusting and irritating services of PAYTM as in past also I have seen this that several times we send money and paytm keep it and after few days settlement is done but who will bear that pain which we face during that time, Do PAYTM gives interest on that or pay our loss, really I am very upset due to this and there is no way to contact to customer care also only you can chat with IVR and enjoy your pain.

Only computer will attend u, that to with repeated messages(same messages), it's better to avoid Paytm for huge transactions

Paytm is a worst app to book tickets. I lost 6000 i didn't get refund. More than a month Im calling them but there is no response.
