Ordering was fast and easy, and my item was delivered in a timely manner. However it feels like the "hood" of the jacket is really undersized, and barely fits over my head. Also after 1 wash I have noticed the left side seem has started to separate close to my hip.
So far I've always had A good experience easy to order through app and items are shipped promptly I am still trying to figure out the rewards though

I love shopping with Vampire Freaks. My only complaint is that most leggings aren't carried in my size. I'm a size 18-20 and most of the leggings sold are too small.
Very satisfied with selection. It is a Christmas gift so I can't say to the quality but it was an overall good experience from shopping to delivery.
Shipping time was as expected for this order. I did not rush shipping, but i did do the shipping insurance because i have had problems in the past with their shippers

Got the journal and it's great (a little smaller than expected but doesn't bother me). I also got the black and purple santa hat, and I really like it. It's just a little thinner and cheaper than I was expecting. I would rate the journal 5 stars and the hat 4 stars.
