I'm paying extra money for shipping but yet I'm waiting an entire month just for my packaging definitely not worth the price for shipping

I bought a prom dress and ended up not liking it so I returned not knowing that it wasn't returnable but the women working were very nice and let me replace the dress with a dress that was the same price. I was very grateful because they really didn't have to do that. When I was picking a dress they were very enthusiastic about helping me with choosing one and they were just so up lifting!

I was promised that my dress would take 3 days because I paid additional for faster shipping and I'm still waiting for my dress 2 weeks later, when I called I was advised there was nothing they can do and could not even reimburse me the amount I paid for faster shipping, this would be my last time ever purchasing!

I purchased a seqin blouse in the Windsor store in Wellington Green Mall. I paid $40, full price. While checking out the cashier told me it was a final sale. It's awful, the sequin are falling off just putting it on a hanger, I haven't even worn it...really bad workmanship. It's absolute junk & ripoff, I'm sure that is why they told me that it was a final sale!

I have always liked clothes from Windsor and they are my go to when it comes to looking for a dress. It has been awhile since I visited the store in Appleton. I was shopping with my sister and when we were waiting to pay, it took awhile for the cashier to take us and there was no one before us. The girls were literally chatting away that was not even related to work at all. We stood there for a good 2-3 minutes before they ringed us up. When it came to my turn paying, the girls were still chatting and took a long time to bag my one jacket up. I literally have to interrupt them and asked her to hurry up with bagging the jacket as I had a dinner date set already prior. She slowly took her time bagging it up as well. When she handed to me, she wasn't pleasant without a "thank you" or "have a good day". I still thanked her and walked away.

Please remind your employees that customers come first, and chatting can wait.

I would like to say the management at Windsor in Orland mall needs to give my lady friend Alissa a huge raise. This lady was so nice and helpful to my daughter on 12/10. Alissa was busy re-arranging items on the floor and I had 5 thousand questions for her about different outfits. She helped every time called out "lady friend". I just wanted to say I appreciate your hard work and kindness.

I went into the Windsor store in the Wolfchase Galleria on 11/05/2022 around 7pm. I was told that I could not use either of the 8 fitting rooms they had because they were all nasty and needed cleaning. I was then told if I purchased the dresses I had picked out (which were special occassion dresses) that I could not return them which was ok but at least let me try them on. The manager Bre said they were closing at 7 but there were customers still coming in. My husband and I were not greeted upon entering but was given plenty of attitude by the 3 workers that were there, one being the manager. I will never visit that store again.

My first time in the Kenwood store - Amy and Brandy could not have been nicer and more helpful! Definitely coming back!

(I really would've liked to select NO STARS) I ordered my birthday dress and a few other things from Windsorstore.com. And for some reason, when my package got to a near by city and before fedex even attempted delivery. I checked the tracking and my order was sent back to the sender! Which was soo upsetting bc I was anticipating the delivery for my upcoming birthday. When I called fedex to find out why? They blamed the sender (Windsor) when I contacted Windsor they blamed FedEx. I kept getting the run around and got even more confused and disappointed. My address was correct. I just don't understand what went wrong, they refunded my money and gave me a 20% credit for a future purchase, but how do I know that this won't happen again? So I've made up my mind and decided not to order from them again. Too many games. I just wanted to look beautiful for bday trip to Vegas.

Horrible customer service. My daughter ordered five possible homecoming dresses weeks in advance. Never got an email past the first confirmation email. Reached out multiple times and was just told to "be patient" and they would be sent out soon. Finally after reaching out through email 3 times, I got a response saying 1 or more items could be cancelled. When I got ahold of someone on the phone, I was told that all five dresses were cancelled because of a glitch in the system and then hung up on. When I called back I was informed they weren't out of stock, just cancelled for no reason. Now it is too late to re-order(would never order from them again anyway) or order from somewhere else. I was offered a coupon for our troubles... never order from here, it's not worth it. I should've known better.

I went into the store this afternoon and as I walked up to the register and placed my stuff down in the counter the two employees were just having a casual conversation like Im not even there as I'm standing there waiting to be checked out. The young Caucasian girl ( wearing a black dress with white stripes)that checked me out didn't even greet me or say hello. She just started ringing up my stuff and obviously had a very unpleasant attitude and wasn't friendly at all. I couldn't find a employee to help me find my size so I grabbed it off the Mannequin ( maybe because they were standing at the front talking like they didn't have a full store of people inside trying to get help) the girl at the register asked me where I got the top and asked if I took it off the Mannequin, I replied " yes " she rudely replied back saying next time ask a employee don't take clothes off the mannequin. I told her I tried looking for someone to help me but no one was around. At this point this girl shouldn't be working in customer service if your going to make customers uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I like shopping there and also spend a lot of money when I'm there but clearly this store is being run by people who couldn't careless.

Windsor is a great store to find beautiful, mature formal dresses for various locations. I've worn their dresses to weddings and college formals and have gotten many compliments. The colors are very beautiful, the pricing is quite reasonable, and the durability is pretty good if you take good care of them... for the most part. One thing I like is that many of the dresses allow you to not wear a bra while also not needing to wear pasties, as they cover up pretty well. A lot of the dresses are also a lovely, comfortable material, and easy to don and doff.

My major complaint about Windsor dresses is that they run freakishly small. I'm an XS or S in the majority of tops, and a medium in most bottoms. Every formal dress I've bought from somewhere other than Windsor has been a small. However, I find that for Windsor's form-fitting dresses, large sizes are the only dresses that fit well without constantly riding WAY too high up with every step I take, or squeezing every inch of my skin along the edges, or being the most unflattering dresses possible. Additionally, you MUST try their dresses on before deciding to make a purchase. The shape of the dress can be very deceptive on the hanger compared to when wearing.

So, overall, I would highly recommend their dresses for how beautiful and comfortable they are, but please just be mindful of making sure you are getting the best size for you before buying!

Note that I have never shopped at Windsor for clothes besides dresses, so I can't speak to those.

I visited the Town Center At Boca Mall store with my 13-year-old daughter. There wasn't a single dress in size XL, you can't imagine what a girl feels. The saleswomen did not even offer to look for it in another store. More than 100 Items Not one in XL. What a shame. So you can only buy there if you are skinny. Nice.

I shop at Windsor quit often and I've never experienced anything like this. This experience has made it too where I will never shop there again. I made a purchase of almost $400 and the young ladies at the register were amazing. I went to leave the store and the metal detector went off "which normally happens with big purchases as they may forget to remove a buzzer". I immediately went back to the register for the associate to check the items. I was then told by the manager Lauren Orbe or Lauren Walden, to walk through the metal detector. Then she told me to take my purse off and walk back through the medal detector multiple times. At this point I'm humiliated by the experience. I immediately walked back the registered asked for the items I purchased and left the store. I returned right after and asked for a refund as I refuse to purchase from a retailer that would treat someone this way for no reason. When I returned and asked the associate for a refund, Lauren comes to the register takes my bag pored the items on the counter and said "I will gladly refund you" in a very combative and condescending tone. She was very rude and had a very disrespectful demeanor through the whole process, as I just wanted to return the items and leave this horrible experience. She never apologized nor ask why I wanted to refund the items, she pretty much stated she didn't care. I pray whatever is going on with her internally is healed but as for me I will take my business where it's appreciated.

Went to the Tyrone mall location. Store manager not knowledgeable of merchandise. She was more interested in telling her friend how long it takes pot to get out of your system. Horrible customer service. I expected better. Qqq

I spend close to 2 hours looking for a right sweater. I enter this store and found this wonderful young person name Mehak, sweet, kind, so patient with me. Thank you so much!

This store is awesome. The clothes are quality, easy to shop because of how it is organized. Bright and clean. But most of all, the girls are nice and so helpful. I was barely in the door when I was welcomed like an old friend. I have a straight figure and they helped me find my fit. I mean the outfits I got look hot. Really complimenting to my figure and confidence. Thank you so much. I will be back! Customer service like this is rare in the world and I appreciate it so much. My sister loved it too!
