So, I honestly rlly like a lot of the clothes from here, and I own a top from Windsor that is vv cute and nice (I'll include a picture too, only complaint is that there is no hole or way to access the pads in it). Anyways, the main reason I'm making this review is bc I gave my friend a dress from here that was too small for me. It's pretty, shiny, silky, yadayada, but after she wore it for about 4 hrs her skin was stained red. She had to scrub her skin with soap and water about 3 times to remove the stains. I'm just rlly surprised bc I thought Windsor provided better quality than this. The dress was also 30 something dollars so, I understand lower quality but not red dye staining my friend's skin.

Respect yourself and your resources(time, money) and stay away from this retailer. Bought a dress for 40$ on Saturday from a mall which is 2 hours away from where I live. I was happy that I have got nice clothes for Sunday lunch ceremony, and when I wore the dress, it tore in the middle! I called them the day afterward and they said you can return it only in the store! I was willing to even pay for the shipping but it was not acceptable. I wasted 40$, wish I had spent 50-60$ and bought something nice and reusable from a better retailer. The clothes here are cheap and poor quality and you will regret shopping here. These clothes are even expensive if they were for free! Very CHEAP

I didn't even want to give one star. I ordered on May 27th & was told my order would make it to me on the 1st. On the 1st I was told it will be here on the 3rd. Well that day has come & go as well. Still no order. Do yourself a favor & not order from them. Online or in store

Two times now immediately after completing an order I noticed the item quantity as "2" for the same product purchased. Immediately afterwards both times (within minutes), I emailed customer service to have this corrected as I do not need two of an identical item. I have never received a response. Not from the first mistake and not the second time it happened either. The first time ill accept the mistake as my own and had to eat it because the item was non returnable. Now, I wouldn't make this mistake AGAIN. So, when it happened AGAIN I'm starting to think it actually was not my fault, but a glitch in their website or intentional scam. The lack of response only further validates the scam aspect.

Horrible experience at the Alderwood Mall, WA, shop.
Only 3 of the 7 dressing rooms were open. The wait time was 45 min. Plus. Sale associate claimed the lights in the 4 dressing rooms weren't on. The light to the entrance was.
I will never shop here again.

The garments sold by Windsor promote cheap/sex and prostitution! They are not to be worn more then 1x and easily fall apart while wearing. When asking a manager and staff at the Newport News, VA location who their target demographic was, not only were they unable to answer the question they required an education! Expect nothing more than slut wear, you will 100% regret wearing any of their clothing unless you want to be that 'hoochie'.

They always forgot to takeoff the security magnet in the dress and now I'm having trouble to take them off

I am a real person I swear! I got a prom dress that came in today. It was the "sierra sequin off the shoulder formal dress" in the color green and black. The dress is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I imagined. Shopping was about 2 days late but it was no worry. Where it cuffs at your wrist is a little tight and hard to get over your hands but again it's no biggie. I really love the dress and I will be working with windsor in the future!

I had a prom dress emergency for my daughter we looked at every store we couldn't find anything! We finally went to Windsor in Melbourne square mall where Meagan and savanna were fantastic! They helped her try on 10 dresses until we found the perfect one it was the best customer service we have ever received and the whole experience was fun and not stressful Thankyou guys so much for your patience and you truly made Mailie's day special!

The clothes are garbage quality and the return policy is basically final sale for all dresses formal they say two weeks but if you buy online it's from the actual shop date not even when you receive employees are rude it's a white trash gross store!

Not sure about in-store shopping but this store uses FedEx ground shipping and it is not worth the wait. Took an extra 2 weeks to get my order (there are 3 Windsor stores in my area, not sure why it took so long) and I want to return most of my order, but have to pay $8 to do so. The items are not unique enough and you can find almost anything on this site somewhere else online. Only compensation they gave me was 15% off an item, but seems to me free returns would have been more applicable.

The service is good, Hannah helped me find shoes and accessories that would go with my dress. I would definitely go back there and shop.

I've ordered from windsor store a few times and every time I've been impressed with the quality for the price. I'm a tall girl and most times pants /dresses are too short for me so I have to size up. I don't have that problem here! I actually bought a dress I had to have hemmed.

100% recommend for tall girls. Always read reviews when ordering online, the community is pretty good about providing details.

This place is wonderful and I was treated very nice here... The nurses were fabulous and when I first got here I was scared and then they made me feel safe. People need to understand how hard these people work. Thank God for them taking care of me... I am very satisfied with all the care that they have givin me... Tried to return a new dress. The salesperson wouldn't take it - insisted it was worn WHICH IT WAS NOT! Had tags on. CRAZY - stay away from St. Louis Galleria location.

Windsor Store Online gets zero stars for their misleading information. They send you an email DAILY and tell you you will receive your item by that very evening when the item is on the opposite coast. They also use FEDEX which is easily the world's worst way to send a package! I do not recommend this online store. Get it at a physical store or don't shop with them at all!
