I ordered a dress in May 2016 with custom sizing. It didn't arrive until Thanksgiving long after I needed it for an event. I emailed them countless times with few responses and no real answers. It was always something along the lines of "custom sizing takes 35-65 days processing time and will be there soon" even after it passed the 4 month mark. When the dress arrived I will say it was nice. Just about how it was pictured, but obviously a replica of another brand's dress. That's what this site is and was what I expected. Was it worth all the time and money though? No. I love this website for the sole reason that they let you specify all of the measurements of your items, something I need since I'm a plus size Lolita. If I had another website option, trust me I'd be using it.

Have been using the website on and off for several months now, I have had a fairly good experience with their customer service on the one occasion when my order somehow became a double order. Other than that, no problems, delivery was reasonably quick and the selection of products is quite wide. I mostly go to the Dress4Less.com for their jeans, although they do have a large variety of dresses, tops, etc as well. Recently they added hair care, skin care and perfumes but I haven't really tried any of those yet. Good option for relatively cheap but stylish clothes...

Dresshead doesn't have a good customer service. I bought shoes that are not comfortable and smells awful plastic and they don't accept returns. The sight claims can be return but when I tried to contact them with 3 emails, they ignored all my emails. I never do business with them again

From China. Will make it impossible to return. Fabric is awful. Nothing looks like the photos they present on their website. Their reviews are fake. DO NOT BUY! Stay away.

I found the perfect wedding dress and the website said they had my size. When I did not receive the FedEx tracking number, I contacted the company and they discovered that the website information was not correct, they did not have my size. They responded quickly via email and apologized for the hassle. They also offered at $10 credit toward another dress or a full refund. I chose the full refund and it was placed back in my account in less than 24 hours. Additionally, I was offered a discount on a future purchase. I was really surprised that the company responded so quickly and resolved the issue in such a kind and professional manner. While I still don't have a dress for my wedding (in 3 months!) I can't really complain about Formal Dress Shops. Errors are human nature, it's just a gamble you take. I think it's important to note that you should always consult the fitting chart before ordering. Also it's pretty common to see a restocking fee (big box stores do this too).

Be very careful about ordering from here as the dress I received was not what I ordered and their response was they can do nothing. The lack of customer service is extremely disappointing and they completely deny any errors on their part.

I'm really not sure why more women don't opt for pre-owned wedding dresses but they should. I just don't think it makes much sense to spend insane amounts of money on a dress that you'll wear once. I'd much rather put that money towards to my honeymoon;) Definitely suggest checking this out if you're in the market for a wedding dress. Ordered 2 dresses at beginning of April, late May the dresses still not arrived. Naked dresses have informed me they won't arrive for another 12 weeks, which means after being informed delivery will be 12 weeks, I am actually waiting 24 weeks. This site sells dresses to the poor victims, usually 16 year olds looking for prom dresses. To start with, the site does have a wonderful range of dresses, but due to their lack of customer satisfaction they are the worst real site I've ever come across. Yes you will get your dress. HOWEVER, you will most likely receive your dress after the event date and what use is that? In addition, the dress that you will receive will be of a shoddy material and poorly made, not to mention the wrong size. I would advise all dress shoppers to stay clear of this site.
