I received on time the video described how to make hole for antenna but didn't mention grommet so I was confused. Cut hole then realized there was a front and back. After repositioning my hole was on wrong side and after speaking with customer service realized there was a plastic grommet shipped and not cloth kit. Anyway using cover but has two holes in it!
Quick to reply, asked questions and made sure I ordered the right cover for my RZR. Shipped quick, great cover
I am so happy with my car cover. I work at a summer camp, with my car in a very dusty and dirty parking lot. I only use my car once or twice a week, so I wanted it covered. This cover is perfect. I can put it on and take it off easily by myself. It protects my car and I'm thrilled!
Fit, Finish, Quick Shipping, etc Very Good. I purchased the Top of the Line Cover for my Wife's 2018 Subaru that was going to be outdoors and unattended thru the Winter while we Snowbirded in Texas. Before we left Wyoming I put 2 extra cross straps and 2 lengthwise on the cover. It Didn't Stay On! A friend stopped by a Couple of Times to get it readjusted and it kept Moving. It Finally Blew off to the Point he and a friend just stuffed it under the car because they couldn't unlock the Security Cable! It's been there for a Couple of Months now and it's a month and a half before we get home. It's pretty frustrating when I check my Ring Doorbell camera every morning and see that expensive Car Cover Stuffed under Her Car!
Generally, exceptional customer service. The only problem is after your first warranty replacement. At that time I had to return my cover for evaluation which cost over $40 in shipping. I was then offered 50% off… The full price! I should have just bought another cover.
That being said, after a couple of more emails, I did get a free replacement.
I have purchased covers for my other vehicles from this same company and will continue to do so.
In this climate, there is no such thing as a lifetime cover!
Great fit. Arrived a day early. So far it works.I use a bungee cord to hold it down. Always windy where I live and hasn't come off yet.
Easy and fast to order online with free shipping. Ordered several times before.
Love my new truck cover. Fits well and is doing it's job. All the covers I have purchased have been great.
Great car cover does as advertised. But not my favorite color.
We needed a cover for our new-to-us SeaDoo jet ski. CarCovers had exactly what we needed; it was easy to order online and arrived quickly - exactly as advertised. Fits like a glove!
Ordered same cover for my Porsche as previously ordered for Lexus. However cover sent did not have same lining ("fleece") as did one for Lexus. I needed to use what I got, so did not bother to ship back.
A 3/17/2024 order on a cover plus promotional fiber cloths and locking cable was mishandled. Cover was received after several days with no cable and lock and no cloths. The cover couldn't be used for over a week since there was no way to lock it down due to high winds in my area. Fiber cloths were not received either for several days - it appears no checks or controls were performed on items to be shipped.
Easy and Fast very simple to place order very detailed on every item can't complain one bit
Probably the best car cover I have had so far. Resists the sun and rain. The extra cleaning cloths and tie-down that come with each purchase is a nice perk. Have both 2 covers so far.
I have using their cover n 4 years no problems, n customer service is excellent. I highly recommend them, and my experience with Seal skins was really a piece of Crap
I purchased and Ultra guard or Ultra Shield from this company. After 5 years, the cover started to rip on the side that had been exposed to the most UV rays. When I try to make small adjustments to the cover by pulling it on that side, the fabric would rip spontaneously. Bear in mind this was the side that was always exposed to direct sunlight for three Summers. After submitting my warranty claim to carcovers.com I was informed that they do not warranty rips in their fabric.
Great cover, nice material and you can wash it right on the car and let it dry. Nice product.
It fits sloppy. Seems to the wrong size. It's baggy and lets blowing dust get under and on my car. I asked for a cover to fit a 1991 Chrysler LeBaron convertible. My car is about the same size as a 93 Mustang convertible. I had a car cover from my old Mustang that fit better.
Back in November of '23, I bought a car cover for my full-size van. I paid $220. After receiving the cover, I tried it and it was too short. I call Carcovers.com and they said that they sent the right one. After many emails, they finally wrote me back indicating that, indeed, they had sent the wrong one and for me to repackage the cover in its original box with all its parts (clamps, bungee cords, etc) and to take pics of the tags inside the cover. I had to take and retake such pics because each time they were dissatisfied with the results (maybe they thought I was sending and old one back?). Once they received the old one and verified it, they sent me correct one (I hope it's the right one because I've never had the chance to try it out). When I went to put it one, I found that they had not included the clamps and the bungee cords. I email them 3x about this issue and they kept ignoring my emails, so finally I had to open a dispute with my credit card company, Costco Chase Visa card. Carcovers.com kept declining my dispute (I had to reopen it twice as Chase kept closing it without telling me). I had to tell and re-tell Chase that I had never disputed that they sent the cover, but that I needed them to send me the missing part, specifically the clamps, because without them, this product is useless to me). Well, here I'm two months later with this dispute and Chase just closed my case today ******* without telling me why. My next move is to contact the California Dpt of Consumer Affairs and try to see if a Class Action lawsuit can be initiated as there are plenty of people having disputes with the shenanigans that these crooks pull on their customers. Next time, Amazon.
On 1105.23, I ordered a cover for my 1999 Ford E-150 Econoline from these thugs. When the item arrived, it didn't fit my van as it was too short. I took pics of it and sent them to CC.com. They alleged that they had sent the correct one. I took more pics and then, a week later, they emailed me again indicating that indeed, they had sent the wrong one, but that in order for them to send the me the correct one, they needed to verify what I was sending back, as if I had a bunch of old ones and I was going to send them a damaged one. I unpacked the item and sent them pics, then they said that they needed to see the tags inside. I unpacked it again, took pics of all the tags and emailed them, but they emailed me indicating that I had sent pics of the wrong tags. I informed them that I had taken pics of all the tags, they then replied that this famous tag was behind another tag and to find it. Well two of these big tags had small tags attached to them on the back side. I took these pics and finally they were satisfied and told me to send back every single thing that they had packed in the box or they would reject the cover, which I did. When I received my replacement cover, the bungee cords and the clamps that come with them were missing and this is the only way that you can use this cover bec there is no other way to hold it down. I sent them three emails in the month of December asking them to send me these clamps (the cover doesn't have any holes or rivets where you can buy your own bungee cords to tight it down. And why should I have to incur into another expense when I had already disbursed over $200 for this cover?!), but they never responded back. I then told them that I'd open a dispute with my credit card company. After Chase opened the claim, THEN CC.com finally email me again and said that the only way they'd send me my missing parts was if I close my claim with Chase. I said no bec then I wouldn't have a case if they decided not to send my missing parts. I asked them then to let me speak to a manager or the owner (honestly, I think this place is just a one pony show and this 'manager/owner" never bothered to call me). Well, Chase closed the case indicating that these people had proved they mailed me the item, which was never my dispute to start with. Now I have to reopen the dispute, send a signed letter asking them to reopen it. All that bec these carcover.com scum bags don't stand behind their products and don't have a quality dept. checking out the crap they send to customers before they mail it out. Now, you do you, but I advise you to stay away from these scummers and buy from a different vendor. This is the reason exactly why Amazon is eating their lunch day in and day out. You try to support these mom-and-pop operations and then they burn you.
Answer: It seems to be. The problem is that they do not know how to sell the product and they do NOT have a liberal return policy.
Answer: ZERO customer service! Rude and absolutely no help.
Answer: Their products are made in CHINA, and you know exactly what that means when it comes to quality,(or lack of), stay away!
Answer: I had the same problem and their Costumer service claimed their fit guarantee is not valid because of a "modification" note box at the very bottom of the checkout process. They did provide an exchange (at my cost) but the larger cover still does not fit correctly. I would not recommend them for motorcycle covers.
Answer: Sorry: www.CarCovers.com provided me with zero/no free gifts. All they wanted were additional NONSENSE fees.
Answer: Yeah looks like fleece but started to breakdown into dust on my car after only 6 months and bought their "best" cover.
