This is my first shopping experience with Forever 21 at Arbor Place Mall. My daughter picked out a dress for Christmas from the clearance rack. We proceeded to checkout waiting in line while the cashier sucked on a lollipop. The exchange/refund policy was never mentioned. This purchase was made 11/24/21. My daughter tried the dress on when we got home and the dress was too tight. I returned to the store on 11/28/21 with the dress unwashed, unworn, tags still on the garment and the receipt in hand to simply exchange the dress for a bigger size NOT TO RETURN and was told I couldn't exchange the item. I asked to speak with the manager and the cashier stated her name was Lauren and she was the manager. Proceeded to request the corporate number and once I called I was told to give the item to someone else or donate it and was then hung up on. Don't shop here the customer service is very poor, the employees are very rude and their policies for exchange are ridiculous. I would give this store ZERO STARS.
What reputable retail establishment does not honour product returns for full credit with receipt and original tags attached within two days of purchase.! When I attempted to return a sweater I purchased for my daughter I was told by the sales agent that I would be issued a store credit only. I was shocked. I wanted to speak to a manager and I was informed she was a manager. This manager, representing Forever 21, was a young lady with her belly button exposed between her jeans and short top. Totally unsympathetic to the argument that I was never told at the time of purchase that there would be no returns and there were no signs stating that policy anywhere in the vicinity of the checkout, she simply directed me to the fine print notation at the bottom of my sales receipt stipulating their policy. WHO LOOKS AT THE WORDING OF THE FINE PRINT ON A SALES RECEIPT AT TIME OF PURCHASE! Especially in recent times where that policy went out the window years ago. I have never shopped, and I do a lot of it, at any reputable store where returns with proper receipts has been an issue. I had absolutely no alternative but to accept the store credit she insisted was my ONLY option. I personally will never give Forever 21 the satisfaction of using that credit for my own purposes. I will find some needy person to give it to.
I am disappointed and troubled that "The Bay" has chosen to lease store space to such a ripoff business.
It certainly will influence my decisions to support The Bay in the future as | have done for the past fifty odd years. I will be sure to bring my views to their attention.
I bought 7 pants from the online store but it was way too long so I returned it to the store which was so far away from my home. When I got to the store returned it all and got my receipt which confirmed that they will refund to my original account.
Guess what, wait for 3 weeks my bank isn't reflect the refund from forever 21.
So I called to the store and then called to corporate office, even called to my bank tried to resolve this problems. The bank said forever 21 never did a refund, no information at all. The guy at the corporate office didn't care at all, they ask me to call my bank. This forever 21's customers service was not helpful at all. I have a business too and I know they can check with their own merchant company easily and did the refund, the guy simply not willing to help. The store manager said it's the corporate office's responsible to do the refund. I tried to call back my credit card services and ask for dispute right away.

Do not ask for the Credit Card of this store, in 2020 I forgot to pay it and they exonerated the late fee, we are in 2021 and I forgot to pay it again and they could not exonerate the late fee because it is a lifetime, no bank exonerates 1 time for life. I will not use it again
Contacted customer service for over a month and a half when my package never arrived. On trac(shipping) confirmed there was an report in delivery and package was no delivered or scanned in delivery zone. Forever 21 denied claim every time refusing refund saying it isn't their fault. Over $300 and hours of emailing, chatting and calling f21 and ontrac to basically be told the other is responsible. Going to look into my legal options as this is a huge corporation
I attempted to waive late fees for one month. I was sick with a COVID-19 in September 2020. Late fee was waivered X1. My daughter gets COVID-19 in September 2021. Late fee waiver was denied because it has been less than 18 months. Then the manager tries to explain how she went through the same thing but she paid her bills. (Everyone's financial situation is different. Maybe you can afford it but I cannot). Warning to consumers. Think twice before you accept their credit card. They are all about money. I did not think this would happen to a loyal and faithful customer with 2 teen daughters. None of the other credit cards companies did this today during this pandemic. They all empathized with me this year and last year. I do not call every month asking for a waiver. *No compassion nor empathy* I will be sure to stop shopping with them and pay off this credit card ASAP. Loyal customers beware.
Truly the very very worse customer service I have ever experienced. I will never ever shop here again! I literally got scammed from them, I'm so thankful I used PayPal when I order online otherwise I would have just been out 50 bucks (but order never shipped even though they claimed it did) and of course customer service never got back to me the 4 times I tried to get things sorted. I bought like over 400 dollars worth of clothing from their website. I made sure to purchase everything 1-2 sizes above what I am given that things here run small. What I received looks weirdly box shaped and all cheaply made in China. I regrettably spent so much money on clothing that looks cheaper than shein. Although most things will fit, the sizing is so off. What is a medium, even large could be a size small. So beware, this is my last purchase with them. Now I have to go on vacation with weird looking clothes. Everything looks like a crop top even though it isn't which is super annoying.
I order on their website and after seven business days I did not get my items. Ulta customer service who was rude and unprofessional, they told me that my address is as wring. But when they send me the confirmation number, my address was correct. They said it's not their fault that my shipping has been sent to a different state. And they will not be refunding me. Honestly the way they handled the situation was rudely unprofessional and I will never order with them again.
I placed an order on the July 6th that said it would be delivered by the 13th. I was so excited, and then the day came and went with no package. When I went to track it, it said it had departed from California, but there was no longer a scheduled delivery date but instead said "pending". It has now been 2 weeks with no new delivery date. Costumer service was nice, but said to wait 2 days and if I still did not receive it to call and submit a claim. I feel like its all a big waste of time and I am just not going to get my package. Last time I ordered from forever 21 was about a year ago and I got my order in a week. I don't know what changes they have made but I will never order anything from them online again.
ALSO, on the tracking page of the Forever 21 website there is an option to put your phone number in to get text updates. DO NOT DO IT. Literally the day I did that, I started receiving random, spam texts all day long that still continue.

I purchased a dress, the dressing room was unavailable that day. Took the dress home tried it on, it did not fit. The tag fell off, brought the tag and the receipt back 48 hours later to the store that I purchased it from, and they would not take the return! Will not be shopping at forever 21 ever, ever again. It is indecent to treat the public as if they are trying to steal from a major corporation, honor your customers!
Forever 21 utilized Fedex smartpost for my delivery. After two weeks Fedex told me my address did not exist and after confirming with them that it did they delivered my package to the wrong address the following day. Fedex informed me I needed to reach out to Forever 21 to file a claim to which I was told they couldn't give me a refund for 3 more days. The worst customer service experience possible. I would not encourage anyone to shop at this company. It is not surprising they are shutting stores down with the terrible customer service they provide. Why would anyone want to spend their hard earned money at a place like this?

I had a orders that was about 240 and was told it was going to be deliver on Friday, waited until 10 PM Friday but didn't see it waited for Monday morning and went on tracking it and it says it was deliver on Saturday morning 11am. I ordered a bunch of things about a month ago (over $250) before my induction due date for my pregnancy. I got the package and they were all wrong items. It had small size bras and shoes. I was 10 month pregnant, small size bra and those tiny shoes will not have fit me. Obviously forever21 messed up my order with someone else. I called the customer service line, the representative said I will get my money back and if I can take pictures of the items that I received and email it to the company, so I did. They sent me a fedex return label through my email and I shipped it back. Almost a month later, still haven't received my money back. I have emailed them a bunch if times, no response. I have shopped with forever21 for over a decade. Never returned anything or complained about anything. This is very disappointing! Never again shopping with them. They need to refund my money!

Forever 21 online order... I haven't received my package although it was scanned and said to be delivered 6 days ago, to my front doorstep. I have tried to contact customer service and they have done absolutely nothing to help and they keep trying to get me to contact them again and again. They have been rude and not understanding. Will not order online again.
Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!
