Poor quality

First and foremost, let's talk about the quality of the clothing I purchased from your company. I was under the impression that I was investing in well-made garments, but what I received was far from satisfactory. The materials used were flimsy and felt cheap, and the stitching was haphazard at best. It is disheartening to spend hard-earned money on clothing that falls apart after just a few uses. Your company claims to provide high-quality products, but my experience suggests otherwise. If I could give this company a rating, I would give it a zero. Since that's not possible, i'm giving this store a 1.

I tried to return an online order at the store but was unable to because the system was down. Store clerk told me tshe had no idea when the system would be back up again. She informed me that company will make an exception and allow free return for up to 90 days and advised me to contact customer service to get a free return label. To my utter disappointment, Customer Service declined my request and told me that store gave me wrong information. I am very disappointed.

Garbage company

Either your order is not getting delivered to you because all of a sudden the items are out of stock, or if they do send it to you you're getting the wrong items. Also how do you cancel my order and want me to repurchase but won't give me my credit or coupon back? Canceled credit card with them and will never shop with them again.

Refused return!

My daughter purchased a top and unfortunately the fitting rooms were not open. My daughter tried on the top and it did not fit. I tried to return it and although I had the tags and receipt I was not allowed to do the return.

You don't get the merchandise that you pay for. They charge you for merchandise that has never been delivered they won't give a refund. I have all the supporting documents showing I did not receive the merchandise. I have been trying to get a refund for 4 weeks, no luck. COMMENITY BANK that services their credit card was not helpful at all when I called to dispute the charge. If you purchase from this company then you are throwing your money away. They take your money and you do not receive the merchandise. They won't give you a refund. This is the WORST EXPERIENCE I have had with any retailer and bank. Frankly I don't understand how they get away with stealing your money!

I haven't shopped at forever 21 in a long time than I decided to get a couple of things. Both of the items looked horrible in person. So I return them to the store because that's the only option for free. You have to pay for returning the product back by mail if you choose that option. When I get to the cashier to return. She tells me a manager needs to do it than the manager was like go ahead and try. This actually happen to me before when I shopped there. The store never wants to give you a refund for purchases. Always says the computer is broken for refunds but not for purchases. So after the manager tells her to try. She was like the system usually won't let you return but she'll try which it worked but something is very fishy about this store. This will absolutely be my last time at Forever 21.

Amazing experience!

I didn't have any idea what I wanted and Cameron helped me go through the store and personally hand picked what I needed to look fabulous for my trip to New York. Isabella at checkout was very sweet as well. I highly recommend the store, ESPECIALLY if you need expert advice. Really really cool girls. Amazing vibe. ;) xox

Two of my packages were stolen by the carriers (Ontrac in our neighborhood is horrible) they were christmas gifts and I spent a lot. I told Forever21 this and they told me they submitted a claim and to wait a MONTH to come back and get a refund after everything was processed. I come back with even extra time for them to do this and today they tell me "It was never filed", OK What!? Now I am being told to wait another month because of their mess up. The customer service online is really bad and my experience with this whole thing just took a lot out of me and my money that I do not have to spare. There is way more to the customer service story. I would suggest not buying online, if something happens to your package, they will give you the run around to not give you a refund. I am done with this company.

Selling Foreign Sizes

I ordered a size 24 and what I got is about third of the size I need. When I attempted a return I was informed it was not returnable because it was a "Final Sale Item" a fact that was not noted in original order. There is no way listed but a physical address to contact company.

Horrible Customer Service

I purchased an item online in 12/19/22. It was suppose to be a Christmas gift. Over 8 days later absolutely no movement while tracking package. Customer service told me it was lost, although the only activity was the label was created. Poor communication during holiday season. Learned my lesson. I will never purchase ever again from this store.

Good so far

I shop very carefully on this website. I just bought $500 worth of clothes and only had to return four items. I have a credit card with Forever 21. I only purchase things on my card. That way you get an order confirmation, Notice of shipping and an email that it's arrived. I have had very good luck with the quality but, like I said, I shop very carefully and check the fabric content on everything. I have pieces I have washed over and over and they still look nice. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 It's because today I had to call customer service for a return label. The man on the phone was very rude and instead of letting me talk he got louder and spoke over me. I said please listen to me several times and he would not I just hung up. I called back and the 2nd person I got was very helpful and solved all my issues. I also had to call A different call center about my new credit card that I have not received. I reached a woman at a call center in Jamaica and right in the middle of my conversation began to scream obscenities at her boyfriend who had apparently just entered the room. I was mortified. After she was done fighting with him she returned to the call. Wow! If they would improve their customer service they would get 5 stars from me. Most of what I buy from them is 100% cotton and wears very well.

Package never receive

I never receive my package. They are using Lasership shipping method who has 1500 bad reviews of stolen and missing packages. I came in on my lunch break from the hospital were I'm a nurse at mind you with my uniform on badge and all, and this lady followed me around the store like she was crazy I had to ask her if there. Was a problem, mind you 4 other white people were there and she not once asked them or walked behind them the the young white girl went to the resister and called out to the clerk and said I'm ready to check out and then the young lady said out loud if you wasn't over there following that lady around I wouldn't have to wait forever. I took my items to the register and proceeded to check out and this bi&$h had to nerve to ask if she could check my purse I cursed her out told called the corporate manager and left everything on the counter I will not spend a dime in that store it's a shame people are still racist in 2022 you should be ashamed and from the looks of the reviews it all the forever21 stores not just the one in Virginia

Not surprised but disheartening to see the two women and security staff respond to the black gentlemen in the store who were videoing their experience. REGARDLESS of what the workers thought they had no right to assume! And I believe neither are owners of the chain, but the audacity and boldness in which they spoke and responded and CONTINUED to respond should not go without consequences … and a public apology should be the start. People are assuming the worse and it is destroying the notion of human kindness

I ordered this beautiful mini dress. Black with white neck white end of the sleeves. Washed it once following the care instructions to the letter only to find out the black fabric dyed and completely ruined the white parts. Contacted customer service and they said the don't do returns of used products. Contacted them again and they told me to send an email with pictures and explaining the situation and someone would get back to me from 3 to 5 business days with a resolution. They blocked my account and no matter what I do I can't access the app or the website. I basically lost my money in a dress I only got to wear ONCE. Horrible and disgusting. Nobody ever got back to me.

I HAVE NO OUTFIT SO THEY WILL NOT GET ANOTHER DIME FROM ME. DON'T SHOP HERE PERIOD! OH BY THE WAY I DON'T WANT TO GIVE THEM ANY STARS WHAT SO EVER. CUSTOMER SERVICES IS AGAINST YOU AND WON'T SEND OUT THE ITEMS AGAIN OR GIVE YOU A REFUND. THEY JUST STEALING YOUR MONEY!
