As if the extremely low quality of clothing wasn't bad enough. DO NOT SIGN UP for their Comenity Bank Credit Card. Tried to close my account, nothing but lies on the other end. They keep charging even after the account is closed through a scam-like system called ACCOUNT ASSURE. One man authorized my payment without my consent at the Comenity Bank service line, talked to a supervisor not sure what happened with that.
We went there to buy my daughter a dress but their fitting rooms are closed so we had to purchase items, find a nearby bathroom. And when the dress didn't fit after we tried it on the store refused to give us our money back but instead said they could only give us store credit! Absolutely disappointed because you can't try on the clothes before you buy them and then can't return for your money. We bought 3 dresses and went to a nearby bathroom to try them on and in literally 29 mins later were refused a refund! We would have never bought the dress if we knew we couldn't bring it back for our money! But yet there is no way to try the' on in the store and NO one told us we would not be able to get a refund as they advertise full refund within 30 days but failed to mention if you buy it in clearance they won't give you your mo way back! I will never shop there again and I will make sure everyone knows how shady Forever 21 is!
How do you not give store credits for returns? I was not given the receipt in my bag when I went home from shopping and when I had to return my items that didn't fit my daughter I was told NO CAN DO WITHOUT RECEIPT I am furious how dare you forever 21 stealing money from young kids I guess If I use my card you should be able to look up the charge Get into the 21st century and figure out a better system and stop ripping people off If a receipt is so important for a return make sure your employees give it to their customers This is very sad and I am disappointed in you
I made a purchase on September 2 2022. I contacted customer service to ask them the status. The tracking still shows "awaiting carrier pickup". Customer service said to wait until 9/20. Well it's 9/24 and the tracking still says "awaiting carrier pickup". After coming here and reading the reviews, I now know that Forever 21 is stealing money from customers. Corporate stealing is rampant these days and Forever 21 is blatant about it. They advertise "sale" items to lure people in and then they never deliver claiming they need to do an investigation. I asked my customer service person why can't they just ship the package? It's not lost, only a label has been created it never shipped. Like a robot she stated again they need to do an investigation before I can get a refund. I'm sick of the lies. I have pictures you can enter the tracking number and see fI'm filing a police and consumer report for theft and fraud. I'll let the police do my investigation.
I placed an order Aug. 20th, 2022, it is now Sep. 6th not only have I not record my order there has been no shipping update. Customer service agents have not been able to provide details about the order and have refused to supply a refund.
Forever 21 has the worst customer service ever, they are like robots and repeat the same thing! I never received my package and they take forever for a stupid investigation! Pkg was never delivered to me. Lasership tracking showed picture of someone else's door. Contacted lasership and forever on the same day pkg was supposedly delivered. Both companies are unreliable and useless. Called forever twice but reps are of no help and later received an email saying they are not responsible for stolen pkgs but the problem is my pkg was never even delivered to me. I was home all day. Contacted paypal to get my money back but case is denied bc they received shipment tracking from the merchant confirming that the merchandise was delivered. Even though i submitted evidence that the pic in the tracking is not my door. So frustrating. Was just trying to buy some basics for the fam(leggings, tanks shorts etc). Please avoid no matter how affordable their clothing might be. Not worth the stress. And now im down $50+
Unfortunately I read the reviews on this site AFTER I ordered and I was too late. Just like several others have said- I never got my package. They had the nerve to send me an email to rate my items… that I never got! 2 previous emails to tell me that my order was "still on it's way" and then another to tell me to expect a refund in the next few days. Broken (maybe fake?) tracking links that say wait for an update. Definitely not shopping here anymore, and to think I used to never have a problem with them. Don't sell an item if you don't have it in stock! Customer service is friendly but completely unhelpful and obviously reading a script for all the calls about the same thing. Avoid the headache!
God forbid your package is lost or you have any issues with it, they will take up 2 months of your time to do so called "investigations" by the end of which they won't even solve anything. Their customer care employees are trained and paid to repeat "I understand but we can not do anything about it" till you cut the call out of frustration.
I give the Forever 21 customer service a 1 star. This is because I did not receive my item, or my money, or any compassion or empathy from Forever21 customer serves (Omer the manager). Who know 100% I did not receive my item and was losing $ 180.

About 60% of products I've bought from Forever 21, I've either had become extremely worn after one (gentle) wash. The remaining product either completely comes apart at the seams before I've finished wearing them for the first time (i. E. the pants I bought for work). Good thing they make clothes that look cute, because nothing else about my experiences with this company are cute.

But I still haven't received it after that, so I contacted them again, and they said the shipper didn't come to pickup the order and they will refund me. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? If your partnership didn't come to pick up the order, you don't do anything to fix it? If they didn't pick up the orders, you will be running out of business! For whatever reason they don't want to send me the product. THAT IS SO UNFAIR! Can anyone explain it to me? Is that because I used too many coupons? Or they wanted to scam some money for the cashflow? Never experienced that in my life. TERRIBLE COMPANY! I still haven't received refund, let see!
We ordered a few pairs of leggings. Our order was cancelled for unknown reasons and we received an email saying our billing address could not be verified. We call customer service and they tell us to try ordering online again. This time we double check our billing address and place an order. Well, you already know what's coming…our order was CANCELED AGAIN. We have confirmed with our bank that nothing is wrong with our card. We've never had problems with our card before but we still double checked in case. Customer service was nice but offered no valid solution. They just tell us to keep trying to order again which would probably result in more pending charges on card while they once again cancel our order. Not sure if it's a website problem or what. So really, save yourself the trouble and don't order online from this company. If you really must buy from them, stick to in-store.

I repeat DO NOT shop here especially online. I ordered about $150 on clothes and I didn't receive them. Lasership was the shipping company and they claimed they delivered the package but I did not receive my package at all. I was home when they said they delivered it, I even have cameras all around my house and there was no lasership employee at my doorstep. Forever 21 took the carriers side and said that they delivered it when I contacted customer service. Now they won't provide me with a refund because the carrier that has the worst reviews by many people that have the same experience from other companies affiliated with lasership. It's horrible that the customer isn't right anymore, I'm not trying to steal, I'm just trying to get what I paid for or I want my money back. It's okay though karma is present and it will come back around. They have lost all business with me and I will NEVER shop here again.
I went to exchange a shirt for a smaller size. When I bought it it was 50% off. Today when I went to exchange it, it was 30% off. Now I was just exchanging but I had to pay the extra money since it was only 30% off now. That does not make sense. I contacted customer service and they said I have to reach out to the store manager because they can't see in store purchases. This isn't the first time I have had issues with them. I brought the pants just a weeks ago. I went beck to return it today. Waiting for 30 minutes in the line and the cashier asked me photo ID and phone number? Not polite and not nice at all. I won't back this store anymore. Very bad manner to customers.
I was shopping at the Forever 21 store in the KOP mall. I picked out a few dresses to try on. I went to the dressing RM to try them on, there were a couple of employees working in there, the one guy turned to me to say that the dressing RM was closed. I continued shopping when I hear this girl tell her friend that the dressing Rm was closed then I hear I will let you in from a man's voice I turn to look and this guy is on his radio and said this one pointing to the girl. They were all the same ethnicity different then mine. I had to buy all the dresses I wanted to try on while they were other ppl allowed in the dressing Rm all of the same ethnicity.

I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!
