Their system was wonky, and I never was provided the $30 off coupon promised at registering. After purchasing the anklet at regular price, in good faith, they refunded $30 back to me. In addition, the company provided a $50 coupon for future purchases over $150. I'm very happy with their professionalism and putting the customer first--which is rare these days!

I have nothing bad to say about super jewels. I received my order in record time and the blue diamond earrings are absolutely gorgeous. The necklace and matching diamond earrings were beautiful it was a gift and my daughter loved them. We play yankee swap but I was the banker I had envelopes filled with gold bars and sliver pieces. Some large silver and some small with double pieces or just one. They all picked a number 1 -9 and off we went. They had so much fun stealing from each other to get the gold pieces and large silver pieces you guys made this all happen by offering gold and silver at great prices. Purchased a Tungsten Ring because it's supposed to be strong, hold its shine and not be easily scratched. The ring is nice and heavy, it has kept its shine so far but unfortunately is not as scratch resistant as stated. My husband wore his ring fir three days, doing normal things around the house, nothing that should scratch the ring and it had quite a few scratches. I told the customer service representative about it and asked about their description that says the ring is not scratched easily and she had no comment. That said, this is not an everyday ring my husband can use as I hope it would be based on the description. The ring is nice but my husband only wears it when we are going out to avoid getting more scratches.
